Feedglade: privacy

Feedglade is run by Telarchy (telarchy.com). Questions or deletion requests: support@telarchy.com.

What we read. The YouTube channel you paste, and its public data from the YouTube Data API: name, subscriber count, total views, and your videos with their titles, lengths and views. The titles you type, the creator notes and preferences you save, and your conversations with the channel assistant.

If you sign in with Google. We keep your Google account's name and email address so your notes, preferences and conversations are yours alone and follow you to any device. Nobody else who opens the same channel sees them. Telarchy can read them to run and fix the service.

If you connect YouTube Analytics. You sign in with Google and allow read-only access. We read your channel's daily views, watch time and subscriber changes for the last year, and its estimated revenue if you allow it, and check that the Google account owns the channel. We keep a token that lets us read them again once a day. We do not read your email, your other Google data, or anything we could use to change your channel. Disconnect YouTube Analytics, in the Channels menu on your page, deletes the token and the data at once; you can also remove access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What we do with it. We show it on your page and use it to forecast. Your channel's data and the titles you type and saved creator context are sent to AI models provided by OpenAI and Anthropic to forecast views and to write video ideas. Conversations and relevant saved context are sent to OpenAI or Anthropic, depending on the selected assistant, to answer and propose edits, and each title is priced on a private Telarchy market. Monthly watch hours and revenue from it are forecast on the same private Telarchy floor. We do not sell your data.

How Feedglade is used. We count visits with PostHog, a product analytics service, hosted in the EU, to improve Feedglade. Counting stores nothing on your device, and no page link, email or name is sent. On your channel's page we ask whether we may also record your visits: only if you allow it, a cookie remembers this browser and PostHog keeps recordings of how you use the page, with everything you type hidden. Clearing this site's data in your browser asks again. We do not sell this data.

Returning to your channels. A cookie remembers up to three connected channels in this browser for 30 days. Remove channel removes that browser shortcut; Disconnect deletes the channel's Analytics connection and history. The shared beta code does not identify you or reveal other testers' saved channels.

Who can see your page. Anyone with beta access and your page link can view its content. Keep the link private.

Where it is kept. On our servers at Hetzner in Germany, the titles with their forecasts on Telarchy, hosted on Google Cloud, and visit counts and recordings at PostHog in Germany, until you ask us to delete them.
